“Recently renovated apartment. It could be great place to stay! However, there was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. Bathroom floor had hair from the previous guests. There were only 2 towels for 4 people. In the heat of +34 there was no ventilator, therefore the windows were kept open. Just under the bedroom window there was trash of the whole building resulting in many flies entering the room. I checked in online using their fancy platform but when I actually arrived, the system had a glitch....

“Ein wirklich tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichen und herzlichen Menschen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, das Essen im Restaurant spitze, Frühstück mit viel Käse und der Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus. Wir kommen gerne wieder !”

“Very nice common area with coffee and tea that really looked and felt like a bar or café. The bike themed interior was quaint and on topic and there was even a little garage for bike fiddling. The room was very nice and clean albeit a bit plain. The automated check in and out process was very smooth. Bregenz is very nice but a bit touristy. Hard is a vibe. ”

“Sauberes Zimmer,Hervorragendes Frühstück im Hotel Heiden. Angenehmer Kontakt an der Recéption. Leider gibt es immer mehr Leute welche nicht lesen können,oder sich über alles foutieren( 2 Anschläge an der Türe innen u. aussen Türe immer schliessen. Türe war trotzdem immer offen. Aber da kann das Hotelpersonal ja nichts dafür ”

“Everything since the arrival is self service (you must pick up the keys from a post box) and then insider there's no one besides guests. Difficult to find the building and parking in the night (maybe would be good to send more specifications to the guests). ”

“Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war im Umfang und Qualität sehr gut. Wir werden gern wiederkommen.”
