The room was generally clean but the shower had mould. Room number 8 stunk of cigarette smoke to the point that we had to wash all clothing that had been in it afterwards. Room 12 had a dripping tap that was you could hear when trying to sleep. The location is good, about 20 minutes into town and shops just across the road. The car park was great and the staffless check-in was easy. The frosted glass panel showing the shower area was a little uncomfortable and would put me off booking again.

The large and comfortable bed was rather too big for the room. The weather was hot when we stayed and the room was uncomfortably warm. The room we had was on the ground floor and it was only possible to leave the large sliding glass door open overnight, but this couldn't be secured, to give the room a chance to cool down. The shower was excellent. The Voralberg travel pass for trains and buses was also great.

Had an excellent stay. The room was very clean and looked relatively new. It has a small kitchen which I didn’t realise, but it had a dishwasher, fridge, hob and pots and pans etc. enough to be able to cook a decent meal. Our neighbours did… we could smell it 😉 Car parking on site. Entry is via a screen pad in the entrance… you need to check in online via the email first. I didn’t see the email but another guest showed me. Great stay and close to some shops and cafe. I used it as a base for skiing St Anton. Definitely recommend

Avoid, avoid avoid!

Avoid like the plague, spent an hour last night stood outside trying to check in, took 5 phone calls because they suddenly don't speak English when you need help, then today I find they billed me twice for the room, phoned them and they didn't care less and said it will take a while to issue a refund, Anjali at Hotels.com rang them and got it processed immediately, most unprofessional hotel I have ever booked and certainly did not justify the expensive rate
