“La habitación era muy pequeña. estuve 5 días y no paso nadie ni a recoger la basura, yo tuve que pedir una bolsa para vaciar las papeleras. El WiFi es muy malo, solo funciona en los teléfonos. Habitación con los suelos muy sucios.”

The pub itself was good for food competitively priced, which can be ordered thru the app (along with drinks) The drinks we had an issue with - there were drinks on the app that weren’t available at the bar, the glasses had lipstick marks on them so washing is an issue & we were served a Fentiman’s Dandelion & Burdock drink 6 months out of date so stock rotation is a problem here. “Accommodation easy to find on the outskirts of Mansfield. Only 10 to 15 minute walk to access food outlets. The property itself was well looked after with plenty of parking at the rear. The free continental breakfast was a nice touch. The room itself was more than adequate.”

“Parts of the hotel I saw were tired, holes in the carpet, poor repairs. My room was clean, the bathroom was not so good - paint flaking off the walls from damp, dead spiders. Didn't expect much for the price I paid, but think I could have paid less. Signs everywhere telling you to pay for parking, so whilst in the carpark before checking in. Entering the hotel there were another 2 signs saying you must pay for parking at the start of your stay, to then be told at the front desk I didn't need to...

“A lovely clean room.....staff were very friendly and helpful...breakfast was fresh and good. Bar was busy with very friendly customers. We traveled down from Scarborough for football v Buxton...after the game the bar was very busy but the home supporters made us very welcom.”

“Ideal central position for getting around. No onsite staff. I expected the accomodation to be basic but was disappointed with several aspect however I don't know if they were representative of all rooms. Gaps in flooring, no tea towel, lights turned off every 30 mins, tv stored on top of cupboard (it would have been nice to use), stool was too tall to sit at bench and extra pillows would have been nice (only 1 each supplied and very thin). Bad communication tainted the whole visit-had to wait at...
