The property was clean and felt like home. The staff communicated promptly and were very kind and helpful. I Loved that there were numerous shopping options within the immediate proximity. Would definitely recommend.

pros: great convenient location quiet, decent sound proofing heating worked fine reliable wifi comfortable overall cons: given contact phone no. doesn't work, their online info needs updating. missing basics - no bath mat, no hair dryer, no tv, no kitchen cleaning supplies (sponge, bin bags etc.) rendering the kitchen useless except for microwave & fridge. inconvenient keys pick up & drop off from a locker 5mins away clean enough overall but dishes were a bit dirty
