“Cheap budget hotel. Carpets were dirty, toilet had an awful smell and sound proofing is non existent, we could hear every move the guests made above us. The beds seemed clean but mattresses were cheap and bouncy. We arrived late, slept then left. It could be a decent budget hotel if the whole place had a thorough clean and they had some sound barriers. Good points, free parking, cheap, shower ok, close to the arena”

“This hotel was in a good central location, spotless, smart and functional. The door code provided worked well. I had an accessible room due to mobility issues which had an excellent shower room. the grab and go breakfast had a good variety of food. Unfortunately this area only had a bar stool arrangement so I physically couldn't sit as the table and seats were too high for anyone with a disability. no staff were available for any help. only a phone for emergency.”

“Ideal central position for getting around. No onsite staff. I expected the accomodation to be basic but was disappointed with several aspect however I don't know if they were representative of all rooms. Gaps in flooring, no tea towel, lights turned off every 30 mins, tv stored on top of cupboard (it would have been nice to use), stool was too tall to sit at bench and extra pillows would have been nice (only 1 each supplied and very thin). Bad communication tainted the whole visit-had to wait at...
