I should have realized the red flags when I was told the room was non-refundable, there was dilapidated vehicles in the parking lot & someone appeared to be living in a van in the lot. “Property seems to be under construction or have ongoing maintenance issues. Hot tub was out of order but the pool worked. Minimal continental breakfast so dont rely on it. Hallways were like saunas. Beds and bathroom were clean. Bedroom floor...dont walk barefoot.”
