As you ascend, you'll be rewarded with spectacular panoramic views of the majestic Iide mountain range, a vista that has inspired travelers for centuries. - Utsu Touge: Experience the thrilling final leg to the Okitama Plains as we traverse Utsu Touge. This pass offers amazing views of the valley stretching out before you, a fitting climax to your mountain journey.

For sections of the original route that are now small backroads, we'll utilize comfortable e-bikes. This allows us to cover more ground efficiently while still immersing ourselves in the serene countryside, just as Isabella Bird would have experienced the vastness of the landscape.
