You will be welcomed at the tasting cellar, where you will receive an overview of the tasting experience. From there, it's up to you to explore at your own pace, savoring the moment and discovering the subtle alliances between the carefully selected wines and cheese.
A booklet will be provided to you to note down your impressions, assisting you throughout the tasting experience.
Of course, our team will remain present and at your disposal for any assistance during the tasting. For groups of four or more, a member of our team will provide commentary during the tasting instead of it being fully self-guided.
Please note: Most of the cheeses are made from raw goat’s milk, and only two are made from raw cow’s milk.
