    The tour continues with a commented tasting of 6 iconic cuvées: 1 Crémant de Bourgogne, 3 wines with village appellation, and 2 Premiers Crus. The tasting is accompanied by gougères with various flavors: Comté, Époisses, snails with parsley and garlic, etc.
