Food and wine: We designed this tour for those who don’t want to give up either.
The tour begins with a walk through the vineyards, where, starting with an explanation of Valpolicella’s winemaking traditions, we will introduce the main stages of our grape production, including information on organic farming. We will discuss the harvest and then proceed to the winemaking facilities. We will conclude the tour with a visit to the barrel cellar, where our wines are aged. After the tour, we will sit down for a tasting of five traditional red wines, accompanied by cured meats, cheese, and other typical products.
