Know before you book
- Health Restrictions: Not suitable for passengers with heart conditions, high blood pressure, acrophobia, or other medical concerns.
- Regular cabin: Max 8 people / 640 kg
- Crystal cabin ("Eyes of Maokong"): Max 5 people / 400 kg
- Priority Seating: Please give priority to the elderly, disabled, and passengers with strollers or wheelchairs.
- Accompaniment Required: Seniors, small children, or those needing assistance must ride with a companion.
- Wheelchair and Stroller Safety. Lock and secure all mobility devices. Size limit 140cm x 70cm x 170cm. Follow staff instructions when entering or exiting.
- Behavior in Cabins: No standing, swinging, or jumping. Do not lean on or block doors. Do not tamper with the cabin’s movement.
- Prohibited Items & Actions: No smoking, eating, drinking (except water), chewing gum, or throwing objects.
- Weather Alerts: Service will pause during storms or strong winds. Please follow staff guidance.
