What you can expect

  • Learn the versatile water sport of stand-up paddling (SUP) at the Schraml bathing area. Train every muscle in your body at a leisurely pace or quickly as a fitness workout, depending on your preference.

    Meet your guide at the Schraml bathing area and receive a high-quality board, paddle, leash, and life jacket. Listen to a short safety briefing including tips on paddling technique.

    Enjoy the freedom of stand-up paddling, which is fun for all fitness levels and all ages. Even “barrier-free” paddling is possible for physically impaired paddlers. The SUP sport is particularly easy on the joints and you train your balance and coordination while enjoying nature.

    If the weather does not permit paddling, you will be called in advance.
