Jjimjil Spa Zone Hours & Guidelines
Open daily: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Last entry: 7:30 PM).
Youth access may vary based on pool parties or on-site conditions.
CIMER Slide is only for guests 1.3m and taller.
Lockers may be limited during peak times, holidays, and weekends.
Facility use may be restricted during rental events; check notices in advance.

General Rules:
Some areas may be restricted due to construction, weather, or events.
Outside food and forbidden items (alcohol, glass bottles, dangerous materials) are not allowed to maintain safety and cleanliness.
Aqua Spa Zone:
No tubes, food, smoking, or oil use allowed.
Pool entry after drinking is prohibited.
Sunbeds and cabanas require a rental fee.
No photography in locker rooms; commercial photography is restricted.
Tattoos must be covered with appropriate swimwear.
Jjimjil Spa Zone & Sauna:
People with severe health conditions (high blood pressure, heart disease, contagious diseases) should refrain from using.
Children and elderly must be accompanied by guardians.
Avoid entering baths within 30 minutes of eating.
Dine & Drink:
Food zone access depends on ticket type.
JJIMJIL SPA ticket holders cannot enter Food Plaza or Sports Bar X.
Operating hours may vary based on season and crowd levels.

What's included, what's not
Know before you book
- Age Requirements: ADULT is from 13 to 99 years old, and CHILD is from 4 to 12 years old
- Extra charges (10,000 won per hour) will be incurred if the time is exceeded.
- Youths for 7-18 age and those over 19 years old are charged with adult fare. In the case of youths, check their height and age on the site, especially accompanying legal guardians and age verification certificates are must.
- Customer must use the shoe closet within 10 minutes after issuing a ticket at the ticket office. The shoe closet will lock automatically if the time is exceeded.
- Swimsuits is required in the AQUA SPA ZONE, otherwise, you can not enter the pool.
- Sauna clothes is required in the JJIMJIL SPA ZONE. You can rent it on counter.
- All payments can be made with a locker key except an admission ticket, and please pay later at the cashier on the first floor before you leave.
- CIMER SLIDE is only available for customers who are more than 1.3m tall.
- During peak season, holiday or on weekends, the number of lockers is limited, so on admission, it may be delayed or restricted.
