What you can expect

  • Begin your evening in the heart of San Gimignano, just a few steps from Piazza della Cisterna. As the light fades and the cellar grows quieter, enjoy an intimate setting dedicated to the pleasure of the table.

Savor a complete dinner, where the wines of the collection accompany a cuisine rooted in Tuscan tradition, defined by simple gestures and recognizable flavors. Each course engages in dialogue with the glass, creating a balance of intensity, structure, and harmony.

Enjoy a selection of Tuscan cured meats, finocchiona, Tuscan prosciutto, pecorino cheese, bruschetta with fresh tomato and basil, and toasted bread wafer served with extra virgin olive oil. Then, savor homemade lasagna, a typical Tuscan meat dish, and cantuccini served with Vin Santo dessert wine.
