Your journey begins at Sengoku no Niwa, the retirement mansion of a feudal lord, where you will be introduced to the history and philosophy of Bushidō. After learning about the samurai way of life, you will suit up in carefully crafted replica armor, designed to reflect the attire worn by warriors. Once dressed, you’ll receive expert instruction in fundamental sword movements, practicing with a wooden training sword. Focus on posture, precision, and control, embodying the discipline and focus that defined the samurai. Next, you’ll have the chance to explore the site, which has been preserved to evoke the atmosphere of Japan’s feudal era. With no modern structures disrupting the scene, the setting provides an authentic backdrop for photos that capture the spirit of the samurai. The experience concludes with a photo session, allowing you to take striking images in armor across the site.
