Local discovery and the landscapes of the Saguenay
Explore the charming village of Sainte-Rose-du-Nord, nestled in the heart of the Saguenay Fjord. Take an accessible forest trail leading to a lookout point with breathtaking views of the Saguenay Fjord. Along the way, soak up the welcoming atmosphere of the village and take a moment to discover the local flavors, produced from the regional terroir. An authentic tourist activity, ideal for visitors in search of nature, tranquility and wonderful encounters.

From the Otis Nature Outdoor Center, discover an area where the Péribonka River meanders between mature forests and sandy banks. The 49th Parallel Footbridge offers a unique vantage point over this natural corridor, home to rich biodiversity. The trails pass through maple groves, wetlands and plateaus with unobstructed views, revealing the unspoiled beauty of this environment where water and mountains come together perfectly.
