Your journey begins at Viña Viu Manent, one of the most iconic estates in the region. Upon arrival, you will explore the historic winery and enjoy a guided experience through its facilities, learning about its heritage and winemaking philosophy. The visit includes a scenic horse-drawn carriage ride through the vineyards, where you will discover the Garden of Varieties, different grape types, and the estate’s renowned Malbec identity. The experience concludes with a guided tasting of premium wines that reflect the elegance and balance of Viu Manent.

After this first winery, the journey continues to Viña Maquis, a boutique estate known for its refined, terroir-driven wines and deep connection to its natural surroundings. Here you will enjoy a guided visit and tasting, discovering how soil diversity, climate, and vineyard precision create wines of great character and complexity.

At midday, you will have an optional lunch (at passenger’s expense) at one of two outstanding restaurants. You may choose between Fuegos de Apalta, located at Viña Montes, offering an internationally renowned open-fire dining experience by chef Francis Mallmann surrounded by vineyards, or Rayuela Wine & Grill, located at Viña Viu Manent, featuring a relaxed countryside atmosphere and excellent Chilean cuisine with wine pairings.
