Overview

Embark on a delicious and insightful journey through Guadalajara’s history and culinary heritage. With a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the University of Guadalajara, I'll bring a deep understanding of the city’s cultural landscape.

The tour begins in Colonia Americana, where you can soak in the modern-day vibes. As we walk through 4 neighborhoods (2.2 miles) we'll stop at hidden eateries to savor local delicacies. The tour concludes in the historic city center, showcasing its architectural gems and historical landmarks.

Indulge in a curated selection of local favorites such as barbacoa, birria, pozole, tortas ahogadas, and fish or pastor tacos. Wash it all down with samples of tequila, beer and tejuino.

In this private tour only you and your companions will participate, allowing you to explore at your own pace.
