Here, you’ll witness the traditional cheese-making process, from the fresh milk transformation to the aging of the famous “King of Cheeses”. To continue the day, we immerse ourselves in the rolling vineyards of Monte delle Vigne, a prestigious winery nestled in the Parma countryside. Learn about the production of Lambrusco, Malvasia, and other regional wines before indulging in a wine tasting session. Relax and soak in the scenery as you enjoy a complimentary picnic lunch in the beautiful green surroundings of the estate. A picnic basket and tablecloth will be provided free of charge for your stay among the rows.
