7:30 am Pick up in Nyahururu (hotel or town meeting point).
08:00 am Arrive in Rumuruti. Short briefing on market etiquette (stay with your guide, ask before photos).
08:00–11:00 Walk through the pens. See cattle, goats, and sheep arriving. Meet herders from pastoralist communities.
11:15–12:15 Nyamachoma lunch in town (grilled goat or beef with kachumbari and ugali).
