Step-by-step guidance and stories about Georgian food traditions
Most cooking classes teach just one type of Khachapuri. We invite you to discover the richness of Georgian cuisine by choosing between three authentic regional recipes: Imeretian, Megrelian, or Adjarian. Each Khachapuri is prepared by two guests, and in larger groups, different pairs often make different styles, allowing everyone to experience and taste all three varieties during the class.
The session lasts approximately 2.5 hours, after which you can enjoy your culinary creations in a festive atmosphere.
This experience is about more than cooking — it is about Georgian hospitality, sharing food and bringing people together. The class is held in the restaurant dining area, where guests cook, learn, talk and enjoy the dishes they have prepared together.
*the event is not held in the kitchen
Please note: Khinkali dough is prepared in advance, as it needs time to rest before shaping. During the class, you will learn how khinkali is made, prepare the filling, shape your own khinkali and learn the traditional folding technique.
