De qué se trata
*** La fuerza de nuestro Soju premium está entre 45 ~ 50%. Do la bienvenida a cualquiera con curiosidad pero si generalmente no disfrutas de licor fuerte como tequila y whisky, te recomiendo otra degustación enfocada en el alcohol más ligero llamado Makgeolli. El alcohol coreano es mucho más que una botella verde de soju, que es etanol diluido con edulcorante artificial. En términos generales, los alcoholes coreanos se dividen en Tak-ju (sin filtrar/Makgeolli), Cheong-ju (filtrado) y So-ju (espíritu). Aquí, nos enfocaremos en nuestra especialidad, el soju, pero también probaremos otros tipos.
Samhae soju era una elección muy querida de espíritu entre la clase noble de la dinastía Joseon (1392 ~ 1894) y este soju de lujo tenía seguidores de culto. El actual maestro, Hyeonjong Kim, había aprendido y practicado durante más de 10 años bajo el maestro Taeksang Kim quien había heredado y guardado la receta en la familia. Tendremos el privilegio de saborear la historia.
