Always surrounded by Llao Llao Reserve, with its Patagonian Andean Forest and its lonely beaches, and nearby Llao-Llao Hotel. You can try coastal kayaking even if you have no experience on it; that's why a basic introduction to the kayaking techniques is included. Additionally, take a hike through the forest on Llao Llao Mountain, and enjoy the magnificent views of Nahuel Huapi Lake and the Andes Mountain Range, from a different point of view. With lunch and hotel pick-up and drop-off included, all you need to bring is your sense of adventure!

Be prepared to explore the natural wonders of Bariloche from the water and the mountain: At the appropriate time, we’ll pick you up from your hotel and drive you on a 40-minute journey to the coasts of Lake Moreno, located near the mythical Llao-Llao Hotel, which still stands tall as one of the most luxurious and traditional accommodations in Bariloche, and a popular hotel for many international celebrities.
Parque Municipal Llao Llao (Pass by)
Lake Moreno is a glacial-origin lake with more temperate waters than other lakes in the area and also a natural border of the Llao Llao Municipal Park. The reserve is composed of a vast Patagonian Andean Forest, known in Spanish as “bosque de montaña”, and was created for the preservation of species and genetic diversity.

Once at the coast of Lake Moreno, you will have an introduction to the basic technique of touring kayaking and safety equipment. Afterwards, the moment you were waiting for: Time to grab your oars and plunge in! From here, you’ll start a 1-hour 30-minutes medium-difficulty kayak through the crystalline lake waters, with the mountains and lush forest as a backdrop. You’ll paddle surrounded by magnificent views of Lopez Mountain, whose steep silhouette dominates the landscape, Capilla Mountain, and nearby the Llao-Llao Hotel. If you get lucky on a blue-sky day, you can also see the Tronador Mountain! Kayaking on this amazing Patagonian lake, in total harmony with nature, is a breathtaking experience. At midday, we’ll share a time to relax on a quiet beach by the lakeshore, where you’ll enjoy a Country Lunch. **Some birds you might see during the paddling: Big macá, white heron, austral bandurria, among others.

After lunch, go deep into the beautiful coihues forest of Llao Llao Municipal Park and take a 2-hour medium-difficulty hike on Llao Llao Mountain.
