How the renowned architect Karlo Paržik designed the buildings? The director will take you on a unique journey of the war of the 1990s and the siege of Sarajevo viewed in a microcosm - the Museum. The turbulent history of the Museum does not end there. The director personally experienced the post-war period, and his story might be the best way to understand the complex issues society in BiH faced in the late 1990s. Surviving the agony of being closed from 2012-2015 Sijarić took the lead by becoming the director and guiding the institution up until today. This tour will provide an inside view into the society and history of BiH from 1888 until today.
