What you can expect

  • 1-hour-and-15-minute introductory pole dancing class for everyone! No prerequisites required; suitable for all ages.
    We start with a short warm-up, then move on to learning about a dozen moves on the static and spinning poles, followed by a mini-choreography for all levels.

    You will have a moment to take photos or film yourself (optional) and access to the kitchen and lounge area (tea, coffee, soft drinks, filtered water) throughout the session.
    You can ask the instructor for a short demo at the end.

    A particularly welcoming atmosphere! No judgment or obligation, with variations possible for all levels :)
