A unique visit in the heart of Logroño that revives the tradition of winemaking in an urban environment.

It begins with an introduction to the wine-growing environment of the Sierra de Yerga (Eastern Rioja) and the history of sustainable cultivation in centuries-old vineyards. The tour includes the urban winery, showing the artisanal process of aging in amphorae, fudres, and barrels, as well as the manual labeling and sealing of bottles. It ends with a tasting of four wines paired with wood-fired bread and organic olive oil produced on site.
