The experience is structured as a multi-stage tour that allows you to delve into a key aspect of the brewery’s history at each stop. After a short introduction on how the Birra Salento project came about and an in-depth look at the agricultural supply chain, you will enter the brewery: in the ingredients room, you will be able to touch and smell the ingredients that form the basis of our brewing creations; in the production area, you will discover the stages that lead to the creation of our beer. Here, you will have the opportunity to taste a type of beer taken directly from the maturation tank.
At the end of this journey, we will move on to an aperitif on our panoramic mezzanine, during which you will taste three types of beer paired with three food creations prepared by our chef using, among other ingredients, beer and high-quality beer by-products. This will be a special occasion during which our experts will share interesting anecdotes about the world of brewing and how to create food-beer pairings.
