Kerala food is one of the greatest cuisines in India, it includes both vegetarian and non- vegetarian foods. Traditional breakfast of Kerala includes Appam, Dosa, Idli, Puttu and Tapioca. The most attractive part of Kerala Meals is the Sadhya which is most commonly served during the Onam festival; It is served with rice and curries like Sambar, Aviyal, Kichadi, Thoran, Pappadom, Curd, Rasam and many more. The flavour of Kerala food is the fresh spices that are ground using traditional Ammikallu (The Grinding Stone) and its rich aroma is attained by the use of Coconut Oil in it. Kerala cuisine not only specializes the vegetarian food but equally stands out for the Non-Vegetarian foods also. The main non-veg dishes include Seafoods like Fish, Prawn, Crabs, Clams and Squid.
