What you can expect

Take a day trip from Tokyo to Kawagoe, a city located approximately 40 kilometers northwest of Tokyo. Experience the four eras of the Meiji, Taisho, Showa, and Heisei while retaining the atmosphere of old and traditional style.

Take a train from Ikebukuro Station and travel to Kawagoe. Explore the city, which is called Koedo (Small Edo-Tokyo), and is a popular location for a day visit.
