What you can expect

  • This is how the idea of combining wine and cuisine in a sensory journey immersed in tradition came about, thanks to the wonderful collaboration with Vineria Sociale: a renowned bistro where passion and dedication blend with the chefs' expertise.
We'll start with a winery tour and a tasting of 3 wines:
    • Giovane ribelle Brut
    • Chardonnay
    • Sirì Rosé
To finish off in style, you'll head to the bistro for an aperitif dinner specially created by the chefs.
Each dish is freshly prepared, so if you have any intolerances or allergies, please let us know when making your reservation.
The aperitif dinner includes a glass of one of our wines of your choice per person.
