Overview

Starting and finishing in Christchurch, this excursion is a genuinely scenic experience. The tour takes you to the historic Sign of Takahe, where you can take beautiful photos. After enjoying a snack at the Sign of the Bellbird Scenic Reserve, you'll explore Governors Bay Jetty and the charming port town of Lyttelton. This building represents a vital piece of history and where you can enjoy scenic views. A 15-minute drive up Dyers Pass Road along Summit Road brings us to the next location.
Sign of the Bellbird

We will stop at another historic stone rest house, the Sign of the Bellbird, for a snack. Here, you'll enjoy the breathtaking views of the Canterbury Plains and Lyttelton Harbour. A 15-minute drive brings us to the next location.
