Walk in the vineyards: With comfortable shoes on your feet, you will set off on a guided walking tour through the heart of our family vineyard located in the Crozes-Hermitage appellation, in the Northern Rhône Valley. We will explain the cycle of the vine through the seasons: winter pruning, disbudding, flowering, and all the way to the manual harvest… You will discover how the terroir, combined with our iconic grape varieties (Syrah, Marsanne, and Roussanne), gives rise to our organic wines. The idea is to lift the veil on everything you don't see in a glass of wine… And all this in the peaceful setting of the Rhône Valley.
Cellar tour: After the walk, head to our winemaking and aging cellar! There, you will discover how the magic happens once the harvest is over. From pressing to devatting, from fermentation to aging in French oak barrels, we take you through each step of the winemaking process with a live guide. It's time to go behind the scenes, smell the aromas of Syrah, hear the barrels breathe, and understand how the bunch of grapes becomes a bottle.
Guided tasting: We finish in style in our cellar, with a friendly and uninhibited tasting of our various Crozes-Hermitage vintages (and sometimes a surprise!). We will explain how to taste, identify the aromas, and above all… how to trust your palate. There are no right or wrong answers here, just sharing, curiosity, and smiles over a good glass.
