The Ruhlmann-Schutz family will welcome you to the estate's historic cellar, surrounded by centuries-old wooden barrels (the largest of which holds 70 hectoliters). A place steeped in history where all your senses will be engaged.
You will then be shown the vat room, a space considered to be a “nursery,” where the various vintages mature at their leisure. Can you name the Alsatian grape varieties? In your opinion, how many bunches of grapes are needed to produce a single bottle? After this discovery, wine will no longer hold any secrets for you!
The tour continues in the Domaine's courtyard, which offers a beautiful view of the vineyard. During the harvest season, this is where the grapes arrive. You'll learn about the huge presses and the process of extracting grape juice.
The long-awaited moment has arrived: the tasting, which will take place in the small traditional cellar or, weather permitting, in the estate's shaded courtyard.
The wine list offers a wide variety, allowing you to discover your favorite grape varieties as you taste the wines.
Your tasting will be accompanied by snacks.
Children will be able to taste grape juice made from the estate's own harvest and enjoy special treats.
An experience to enjoy with your family, partner or friends!
