What you can expect

short description :

See the Giza Pyramids and the Egyptian Museum. Return to the Pyramids at night to see the Sound & Light show. Return to Alexandria, see Roman rock-cut tombs and Qaitbey Citadel .

Itinerary :

Day 01: Pyramids Tour / Egyptian Museum
Sun Pyramids Tours Representative will pick you up from Alexandria Port holding a sign of your name. After that you will be transferred by an air-conditioned vehicle to Cairo ,nearly about 3 hours, with a stop if needed to have a rest. Pay a visit to the Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus. Then proceed to visit the Great Sphinx, the head of a pharaoh with a lion’s body, which dates back to the time of Chephren; the tour also includes a visit to the Valley Temple, which belongs to the Pyramids of Chephren.
Continue your excursion to the the Egyptian Museum which features artifacts from the Pharaonic period. The museum displays a rare collection of 5000 years of art which is considered the largest most precious collection of Egyptian art in the world.

Enjoy lunch at local restaurant. after that you will be driven to your hotel.

Optional tours to enjoy a dinner cruise for two hours on the Nile. or Sound and Light show at the Giza Pyramids area .

Overnight Cairo.

kindly note:

the tickets included is to the area of the pyramids not inside one of the pyramids. If you wish to enter one of the pyramids, you can pay a ticket on spot.

Day 02: Alexandria Sights
Breakfast at the hotel, then you’ll be transferred with your private guide via air-conditioned modern vehicle to Alexandria where you can see Catacomb which dates back to the early Roman period. It was discovered in 1900 after they had been looking for it for about 12 years. Continue to Qayetbay citadel, situated on the entrance to Alexandria’s eastern harbor where the place was exact of the famous Lighthouse. Enjoy Alexandria library from inside. Then having lunch through the tour. After that back to the cruise for your final departure.

Note:

Alexandria library is closed on Friday so you can visit the roman theater instead
