Know before you book

  • Everyone needs a valid passport. Passport cards are not accepted.
  • Check-in is 8am on the marina of the Simpson Bay Resort with valid passports. Check ins close at 8:35am in order to clear immigration.
  • If you are not a citizen of the United States, European Union, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, or Israel, you will need a visa to participate. (If you are unsure, check ahead of time if you need a visa)
  • If you are prone to motion sickness, please take necessary precautions. Consult a medical professional before taking any medication.
  • This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
  • All persons traveling, regardless of age, need a reservation. Children 18 and younger must be accompanied by a paying adult.
  • Return ferry departs Gustavia at 4 PM, arriving in Simpson Bay at around 5pm.

When you arrive in Gustavia Harbour, a hub of activity on St. Barts, you're free to enjoy the island's sandy beaches, some great restaurants, or the unique shell museum on a day filled with sights and delights.

Covering just 9.5 square miles (25 sq km), the island is the perfect size for you to explore, with taxis and rental cars on hand right by the ferry dock. You can stop at St. Jean Beach for some shopping, and look for a few souvenirs at the local shops, before the ferry departs for the trip back to Simpson Bay.
