Begin with soft idlis and crispy medu vadas, served with sambar and coconut chutney. 2. Filter Coffee or Kulhad Chai. Sip strong filter coffee or enjoy spiced kulhad tea in a clay cup. 3. CTR – Masala Dosa Relish the iconic crispy masala dosa stuffed with spiced potatoes. Also try Kesari Bath or Rava Idli. 4. Street Snacks. Bhel Puri: Puffed rice with chutney, sev, onions, and tomatoes. Masala Puri: Crushed puris in spicy peas curry, topped with onions and sev. Pani Puri: Crisp shells filled with tamarind water, potatoes, and chickpeas. 5. Explore the Local Bazaar – 8th Cross, Malleshwaram Market. Wander flower-lined lanes, fruit stalls, and spice vendors. Smell jasmine garlands and soak in the lively vibe. Visit shops for sarees, traditional dresses, bangles, jhumkas, and embroidered bags. 6. End on a Sweet Note – Asha Sweets Center. Savour beloved Indian desserts: Mysore Pak – rich and ghee-filled Kaju Katli – silky cashew fudge Perfect for first-time visitors seeking an authentic taste of Bangalore’s culture, cuisine, and street life-all in one delicious walk.
