- Red Route: First departure from Stop 1 at 8.30am. Last departure from Stop 1 at 6pm. Frequency: every 7 - 12 minutes. Tour duration: 150 minutes. Green Route Shuttle: First bus at 9:20am. Last bus at 3:50pm. Buses run every 30 minutes. Duration: 80 minutes
- Blue Route - first tour at 8:50am, last full tour at 5:30pm from Stop 19 Marble Arch, Park Lane. Duration - 60 minutes. Frequency is every 20 - 30 minutes
- Stop 11 Buckingham Palace is closed every Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11am - 12pm due to the Changing of the Guards. Stop 10 Horseferry Road is currently closed. The nearest stop is Stop 9 Westminster Pier
- Rock & Roll Walking Tour (included in the 24, 48 and 72-hour tickets only): Operates every day. Departure Stops: Haymarket (Stop 22). Departs at 12pm. Royal Walking Tour: Departs at 9:45am every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Departure Stop: Haymarket (Stop 22). Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes
