What you can expect

  • Visit the award-winning Campview Farm in Ballyshannon, Co. Donegal. Located in Ireland’s oldest town along the Wild Atlantic Way, the farm offers the chance to cuddle an adorable dairy cow named 'Candy'. This unique tactile activity helps relieve stress and enhances general wellbeing.

Hugging a dairy cow is a meaningful and purposeful activity. The slower heart rate and warm body temperature of the cow induce the release of oxytocin, the social bonding hormone.
