Overview

Join us for an amazing two day kitesurfing course along the beautiful beaches of Jæren. With steady winds and calmer seas, the kitesurfing season from april to september offer fantastic conditions for all levels from beginner to experts. This being our favorite time of year, we wish to have you along for a fantastic weekend learning you how to kitesurf in the windy North Sea. You may be afraid of the temperatures in the north sea? No need to, we have the perfect gear to keep you warm and cozy on any day. Wetsuits and all gear are provided by us, but you can bring your own if wanted.

We will be bringing you to the best beaches with the best conditions along our coast depending on wind strength and direction, and depending on wave sizes that day. With our knowledge around this coastline for almost 15 years, be sure you will get the best conditions possible.

The groups are of max 4 per instructor, and will never be any bigger than this. Why? To operate with the highest safety possible

Know before you book

  • We highly recommend customers to be at a moderate physical level to join, and need to know how to swim properly.

Activity itinerary

The goal of the course is to teach you all the basic skills and knowledge to be able to Kitesurf in a as safe and secure way as possible after the course. With focus on quality, safety, having fun, and our knowledge, we can guarantee you the best kite course offered at Jæren, on the beaches just outside of Stavanger. The course starts with a theory lesson on Friday evening at 7pm (not required, but highly recommended). You will get the weekend's program during the theory lesson held at the Surfd shop in Voll, Jæren. With two full days out on the beaches of Jæren on Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 5pm. The days may be longer if the wind permits, in order to make the most of the conditions that we have during the day. This to make sure that you are happy with the course and maximise the time in the water! Are you tempted by having an extra day of classes? We highly recommend an extra day if you have the possibility!
