Choose Fire & Ice Reset for both sauna and ice-bath access, Wood-Fired Sauna Only for sauna access without the ice bath, or the Private Fire & Ice option for a private booking. Our team provides an orientation to the facilities. Warm up in the sauna, cool down in the ice bath only to your own comfort level, then take time to rest. Cold immersion is always optional.

The 25 kg of ice describes preparation of the shared ice bath, not an individual allocation for every guest. Mud and aloe body treatments are separate unless listed in your selected ticket. Bring swimwear and a change of clothes. Arrive at Moksha Wellness around 15 minutes before your selected time. Sauna heat and cold immersion may not be suitable for everyone; seek medical guidance beforehand if you have relevant health concerns.
