What you can expect

  • The tour begins with a visit to the winery, where we will explain our production philosophy and the main processes involved in making wine. This is followed by a tour of the vineyards, during which we will share the history of the winery.

    Tasting of six of the most representative wines of the Tuscan region, with their history recounted, the terroir explained, and their visual, olfactory and gustatory characteristics analyzed. At the end of the experience, you will have a comprehensive understanding of what a Chianti, a Brunello, and a Super Tuscan wine are.

    The wines will be paired with a platter of local cured meats and cheeses and Tuscan bread with our award-winning extra virgin olive oil, the production process of which will be explained and which will be carefully tasted to appreciate its organoleptic profile.
