Due to high demand, the experience may also take place in other historic residences—trulli, masserie, or even your own venue—as long as they meet our strict quality standards.
During the evening, you will enjoy a dinner or lunch structured in 2-3 key moments, where you can actively participate in the preparation of traditional Puglian dishes. Each stage is designed to engage guests and highlight the richness of local ingredients through a hands-on cooking class, guided by expert chefs passionate about traditional cuisine.
