Know before you book
- Get picked up from your hotel in Ao Nang, Krabi Town, Ao Nam Mao, Klong Muang and Tubkaek Beach. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed by email after you have made the booking.
- If you stay at Railay Beach or Tonsai Beach, we offer a pickup service from Railay West Beach in front of Railay Village Resort.
- If you stay at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas, please take the hotel shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang.
- This tour is not recommended for pregnant women, infants under 2 years or people with back or neck problems.
- Kindly note that during the monsoon season, characterized by strong winds and rough sea conditions, pickup and drop-off services to and from Railay Beach are suspended. We kindly request that you proceed to the designated meeting point at Ao Nam Mao Pier.
- While the monsoon season (roughly May to October) brings increased jellyfish sightings due to water movement, these graceful creatures can appear year-round in the Andaman Sea. To ensure a safe and enjoyable swim, consider asking your tour guide.
- Ensuring your safety is our top priority. To that end, we strongly recommend wearing a life jacket throughout the entire boat ride to the islands and while snorkeling.
- There is a minimum of 4 people required to run this activity! On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel this trip, we will inform you in advance and offer a different travel date, an alternative activity or provide a full refund.
