Day 1: Uluru

Erldunda

Your 4-day adventure begins with a relaxing picturesque journey through the outback. We will pick you up from your Alice Springs accommodation around 6.45 AM to embark on our journey. If you’re starting from Ayers Rock, we can arrange to pick you up at the airport (subject to flight arrival details) or at Ayers Rock Resort, with pickup at the resort scheduled for approximately 1:30 PM. Our first stop is at Erldunda Roadhouse, where you can enjoy a coffee break before we continue on our way. Next, we’ll drive to Yulara Town Square in Ayers Rock Resort, where you can have lunch at your leisure.

Uluru

In the afternoon, we’ll explore the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park. You’ll have the opportunity to take short walks around the base of the magnificent Uluru, immersing yourself in the sacred traditions and stories of the Anangu people. One of the day’s highlights will be sipping drinks and savouring canapés while watching the sunset on Uluru—a truly unforgettable experience. After the sun has dipped below the horizon, you’ll be taken to the Outback Pioneer Hotel for your overnight stay, where you can relax and reflect on your first day of this remarkable journey.

Day 2: Uluru Sunrise & Kata Tjuta

Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park

Today begins with an early start, but the experience will be truly rewarding! Enjoy a breathtaking sunrise view of Uluru with a cup of coffee or tea to kickstart your day. After sunrise, we’ll return to your hotel for breakfast.

Kata Tjuta - The Olgas

After breakfast, we’ll set off to explore Kata Tjuta, where you’ll take a leisurely walk through Walpa Gorge and enjoy the spectacular views from the site’s viewing platform. Following this, we’ll head back to the resort, giving you the afternoon to unwind. Take this opportunity to explore the Ayers Rock Resort at your own pace with a range of optional activities available, including the Field of Lights, Wintjiri Wiru, Astro Tour, Sunset Camel Ride, and Sounds of Silence. Please note that these activities are optional, at your own expense, and subject to availability.

Day 3: Kings Creek Station

After breakfast, we depart from Ayers Rock Resort and journey to Kings Creek Station. En route, we’ll make a scenic stop at Mount Conner Lookout, offering stunning panoramic views. In the afternoon, we’ll set out to explore the Kings Creek Walk, a leisurely trail that meanders along the base of the majestic Kings Canyon Gorge, allowing you to fully appreciate its breathtaking beauty. Our day concludes with a delicious dinner and overnight stay at the charming and secluded Mort Conway Camp, where you can unwind in a tranquil setting. Accommodation at Mort Conway is a spacious premium glamping tent with ensuite and air conditioning.

Day 4: Kings Canyon

Kings Canyon

As we reach the final day of our incredible journey, we have an unforgettable experience lined up! Begin your day with an early morning adventure on the Kings Canyon Rim Walk, one of the most iconic and breathtaking hikes in the region. From the sandstone domes of the ‘Lost City’ to the oasis of the ‘Garden of Eden’. Feel on top of the world as you walk along the towering red rock cliffs and take in views of the forest of palms below. After lunch, we will start to make our way back to Alice Springs. The trip won’t be complete without a stopover at Erldunda Roadhouse where we will grab a bit of afternoon tea and meet the Emus up close. Get ready to say your goodbyes to cap off your amazing 4-day excursion. You will be dropped off at your Alice Springs accommodation in the early evening.
