A: Once you have completed your trip, you will receive a redemption email from TangoCard.com (noreply@tangocard.com) with instructions on how to redeem your $75 Gift Card*. Redemption emails may take up to 30 days to receive.

A: This offer is only eligible for 3-night hotel stays booked by June 30 on the AARP Travel Center powered by Expedia. Travelers must book by June 30 and travelby August 31.

Q: Where can I use my $75 Visa Prepaid Card?
A: If you choose a Visa prepaid card, you can use it anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted around the world. Gift cards can be used with the applicable retailer.
What do I do once I receive my redemption email?
- Click the redemption link to claim your gift card.
- Choose the gift card(s) for which you'd like to redeem
- Select the value of the gift card. You can manually enter a dollar amount or choose from the pre-selected drop down menu.
- Select Add to Cart.
- If you have a remaining balance and would like to choose another option, repeat Steps 2–4.
- Once you've selected the gift cards you'd like to redeem, click Checkout or Add to Cart.
- Enter your name and your email address and check the box acknowledging the terms.
- Click Complete My Order.
- Check your inbox. Your gift cards will be sent to the email you provided.
Q: How do I find out the balance left on my card?
A: Please visit the link in the redemption email to view balance information and transaction history to help you keep track of all your gift cards.

Q: Does my card expire?
A: Pre-paid Visa credit card’s expire 7 months after redemption. Gift cards do not expire.
