Bookings are subject to availability and the hotel’s terms and conditions.

• The travel dates for any booking using this coupon must be within the campaign period from 7/1/2024 to 12/31/2024.

2. Search for Hotels:

• Use expedia-aarp.comOpens in a new window to search for hotels for your desired stay dates within the travel period given above.

3. Applying the Coupon Code:

• During the booking process, on the payment page, you will see the link “Enter coupon or promotional code” where the coupon code needs to be entered.
• Enter the coupon code in the relevant field, then click the “Apply Coupon” link. If your booking is eligible, the applicable discount will be subtracted from the price of the travel reservation before the application of any taxes, applicable fees, or additional costs.

4. Exclusions:

• This offer does not apply to multi-room bookings.

The code can only be used for pre-pay bookings and cannot be redeemed against bookings that are paid at the destination.

 

2. Single Booking Usage:

• The coupon code may only be used in relation to the first room booked on an eligible single booking. This means that where the eligible booking includes more than one room, the code will only be applied against the first room in the booking.

 

3. Non-Applicable Charges:

• The coupon code cannot be redeemed against taxes/tax recovery charges, supplier fees, cancellation or change fees/penalties, administrative fees, service fees, or other miscellaneous charges, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Coupon Restrictions:

• The coupon code may not be used with other coupons. Limit of one code per qualifying hotel booking.
• The coupon code cannot be used for any booking previously made. It will be deemed fully redeemed once a qualifying booking has been made. The code has no cash value and no refunds or cash alternative will be offered. There is no residual value and no credit will be issued if the purchase amount is less than the code amount. The code may not be re-used, even in the event that you change or cancel the booking.

 

6. Void Where Prohibited:

• The coupon code is void where prohibited by law and may only be used by the intended recipient who must be a legal resident of the US aged 18 and over.

 

7. Misuse:

• Improper use of the coupon code by you, including but not limited to publication or selling of the code, is prohibited and may constitute fraud.

• Any and all disputes relating to this coupon code (“Claims”) will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except you may assert Claims on an individual basis in small claims court if they qualify. This includes any Claims you assert against us, our subsidiaries, travel suppliers, or any companies offering products or services through us (which are beneficiaries of this arbitration agreement). Any and all proceedings to resolve Claims will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a Claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, we each waive any right to a jury trial. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to these terms and conditions. An arbitration decision may be confirmed by any court with competent jurisdiction.
