The visit to the Factory in Pedavena is a unique guided tour, taking place in the middle of the main production departments of the brewery located in Pedavena. It starts from the historic brewhouse and continues to the horizontal fermentation cellars, with a stop at the inner museum mid-tour. The museum houses documents, tools and historical photos that bear witness to our centuries-old brewing tradition. Next, you will pass through the middle of the lagering and storage silos, and then continue on to the bottling department. The visit will end at the Bottega Dolomitica with a tasting of two beers from the Dolomiti range, and there will be the opportunity to buy the best typical local products.
