Open the door of a craft brewery in Gérardmer, a few kilometers from the lake, and discover the world of brewing during a friendly session led by a passionate brewer. The tour takes place as close as possible to the production area, right in front of the vats, to gain a concrete understanding of how a 100% craft beer is made.

As the explanations unfold, you will discover the different types of beer, the essential ingredients, the stages of brewing (from preparation to fermentation), and the equipment used on a daily basis. The brewer shares his methods, his expertise, and the choices that give character to the house's recipes.

Interaction is at the heart of the experience: you can ask all your questions and learn more about the craft, the aromas, the styles, and what distinguishes a craft brewery. The tour ends with a 6-beer tasting, an opportunity to refine your palate and better understand the flavors through the products you have just discovered.

Know before you go: Booking and payment are only required for people who wish to take part in the tasting. Accompanying guests who do not taste (or those under 18 years of age) can come for free. Soft drinks can also be ordered on site to accompany the group.
