Rooms facing the yard really do not cool down at night. So on a hot summer day it was incredibly hot through the night. I know they cannot control the weather but not great for a hot summer day. A more powerful fan may have helped. I’m sure it is wonderful in the winter. Very clean and great amenities.

Conveniently located within a short walking distance to Zurich Hb, groceries, and restaurants. We stayed in a 1-bedroom mini and the apartment is small, as is typical in Europe, but it met our needs for the most part. The kitchenette was well equipped. No dishwasher, but we didn't mind. There's laundry facilities in the lower level. There's a small short closet to hang clothes. It could use a bit of freshening up in the bathroom. Communicating with management was excellent. It’s not air conditioned but we were able to request a fan before we arrived.

Chose this for location as it’s walking distance to Zurich HB and that’s just about the only positive. Self check in prior online requesting passport scans and code to access provided only one day prior. Check out 10am which is early. TV does not work with message saying no aerial reception so we couldn’t watch any World Cup games. Limited toiletries (soap dispenser broken) and totally bare pantry. Shower cheap wall had crack. Heatwave in Sweden and only one weak tower fan provided for the whole apartment. Husband and I had no sleep for 2 nights during our stay. Worst apartment stay.

Good location and spacious space.

Great location and spacious space. It’s too bad that my room was facing the circus which played music until 10:00 pm. Other than that, a very good stay.

The apartment offers cookware and normal size refrigerator, it made our trip in Switzerland much easy and convenient. The room is clean and close to central train station. You can walk around near the city center for hours, even in the night. Very good place to live when you travel in this country, you can always take day trips to other cities.

Clean, modern, good wifi, great location. The kitchen amenities a plus although we did not use it. There is no front desk on site but there is enough bathroom supplies for about 5 days. Cleaning is done only every 7 days. The only potential problem is if a problem arise such as a plumbing or room temperature issue I am not sure how it can be addressed timely. Double bed is not very comfortable for a couple. Overall this property is great and may consider staying again.

A cozy and clean apartment with great location

The apartment is clean, quite big with 2 Bedrooms and bathrooms and suitable for a group of four. Location near to train station only need to walk about 8 minutes if you bring suitcase. The check in time too strict and we cannot request early check in but overall we satisfied with the apartment.

Fantastic location, felt secure, quiet apartments, comfortable, better than a hotel room at the equivalent price. The building had a lift and coded external access. An issue with power sockets not working, and a basin leak. These were acknowledged by the agents but did not spoil my stay.

We loved the stay at Vision Apartments. It was very modern inside and met our needs. Nice to have a kitchenette as the food is expensive. Location was great. Close to the train station, grocery store and lots of shopping. We didn’t have air conditioning and only had a fan to the nights were warm. But would recommend this place. Irma

Very close to train station and Zurich center town. Supermarkets and Restaurants. The apartment is clean but small. No AC avaiable, only Stand Fan. If you coming in the cold season should be fine.

It is located near a station for easy day trips. Lots of dining options around the area but if you are looking for cheap eats there is a falafel shop next door. Check-in was a bit confusing, we got our check-in codes early and thought we could have checked in before the stated check-in time. Codes didn't work until after the check-in time.

I got scammed via WhatsApp because they got hacked and someone reached out on WhatsApp regarding my reservation with the exact dates and details, etc… in result I lost money. Regarding the room: Great location BUT the room was smelly (mainly cigarette smoke) the equipments weren’t working (the hairdryer and the oven). The room is way smaller than it looks in pictures. Check in is strictly at 3:00! No customer service to talk to.
