Hotel was very clean and breakfast was tasty with good selection of food. Breakfast room was pretty warm/stagnant air all 3 mornings and could have benefited from better airflow, like more open windows or fans. No AC, so rooms were warm to hot. Hotel provided two floor fans which kept us comfortable while sleeping. Location of hotel was an easy walk to the main train station and the central area of the city, so very convenient. Hotel is on a busy tram route. Our room was on the street side and was quite noisy up until maybe 11 pm, then not so bad. Not many restaurant options near the hotel, but lots of options around the train station about 1/2 mile away.

The staff were so helpful. We were able to get an early check in which was wonderful after our long flight from Australia. They also stored one of our bags to make the train travel easier with less luggage. They certainly deserve five stars from us.

The room was great and the free breakfast a real bonus with plenty of choice. The only downside was the levels of noise. I could hear the room next door using the bathroom and the person above me walking around. Thankfully the noise was during the evening and not at night, so I managed a good night's sleep in the comfortable bed. I would stay again but maybe take earplugs.

A fantastic stay! Perfectly located within easy walking distance of both the old and new town, with tram and bus stops right outside. The bed and linens were the best l've ever experienced, and the super-soft, fluffy towels were a real treat. There's also a gorgeous bakery just opposite. The staff were wonderfully friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice and available from 0700-1000. Highly recommended!

Room modern and had everything we needed. Breakfast had a good selection of items, plus coffee very good! Location good, uphill but only a 20 minute walk from train station. Check in was complicated but once inside the hotel the staff on the phone (no one there in person) sorted it for us.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Full breakfast with a wide range of good food for all discerning travellers. Highly recommended. Easy walk down to old town and central station but if you have heavy luggage I advise to take a tram. If in the morning buy a Zürich day pass for transport and museums etc.

A decent hotel stay

The hotel was well placed just outside the centre of Zurich. The room was good but the bathroom was a little on the small side. The room had good facilities. The breakfast was nice and a decent selection. There was also a few nice touches like having coffee and water available all day.

Nice stay in Zurich

Great area of Zürich to walk into the city. Small, but clean rooms. Good breakfast spread. It was very warm in the room, even though they provided a mobile fan.
